Nike SB Zoom J-Rod 2 High Elephant Print

Years ago Nike SB made the controversial release of the original J-Rods for their marquee skater, Paul Rodriguez to wear in the 2006 X-Games. The J-Rod Ones were P-Rods first signature model in a special make up. The shoes were said to be designed by the legendary Jordan Brand designer Tinker Hatfield and featured several Jordanesque attributes including the Jumpman logo, Elephant Print, as well as an overall Chicago Bulls themed color way. However, later it was rumored that Jordan Brand was upset with the Nike SB release due to the unauthorized use of their Jumpman logo and that this would never happen again. However we did happen to see a Jordanesque P-Rod 2 low, and now for the 2008 X-Games we have an Elephant Print P-Rod 2 High. The shoes also feature the classic Jordan Elephant Print with a Chicago Bulls inspired color way. This time around we feature the shoe in the brand new silhouette of the P-Rod 2 High. The P-Rod 2 high features all todays top technology you would come to expect from Nike Pro Signature shoe, with the comfort of a Nike SB Dunk High. Be on the look out for these to hit your nearest Nike SB dealer in August right around the time the 2008 X-Games push off. Via RMK Store
