With the very recent introduction of the Nike Zoom Kobe IV (4), Kobe announced he would debut the shoe later this month. What you may not have noticed, however, is that Kobe has been slowly introducing his Zoom Kobe IV in an extremely subtle, under-the-radar way. How? you may ask….with this Hyperdunk x Zoom Kobe IV hybrid that Nike basketball cooked up just for #24. This shoe, in the Lakers’ home colorway, features the Hyperdunk upper with a Zoom Kobe IV sole. This combines the herringbone/Spiderman pattern that creates the superior traction on the Zoom Kobe IV with the high ankle support of the Hyperdunk. We’re not sure if this is just a segue from his introduction of the Hyperdunk to his upcoming introduction of his signature Zoom Kobe IV, or if these will hit some retailers like House of Hoops in the coming months.
