There has been a lot of news about the Air Jordan True Flight since images first leaked back in August.  At first we assumed it was another one of Jordan Brand’s attempts to take a classic sneaker (in this case the Air Jordan VII) and turn it into a fusion.  However, upon closer inspection, we learned that the True Flight is more than a watered down version of the Air Jordan VII, which released way back in 1992.  The Air Jordan True Flight updates the classic sneaker with newer technologies such as a flatter sole accompanied by Zoom Air along with herringbone on the out-sole to augment the cushioning and traction capabilities.  Even with the added technology, the silhouette of the shoe stays true to some of the fundamental aspects of the Air Jordan VII.  Be sure to peep all the colorways in the photos below and look for these at Jordan accounts sometime in the earlier part of 2009.
