Just when we thought Lil Penny had finally started to keep a low profile, he stormed back on the scene, appearing all over the Big Apple last week. It seems that the little guy couldn’t stay out of the spotlight as he tore it up courtside at the Knicks game and hit some hot nightlife spots. He also took some time out of his busy schedule to oversee the goings-on at the Nike Sportswear 21 Mercer store. Lil Penny stopped in to hang out, design an Air Force 1 and mingle with some of his adoring fans. This is no doubt just a warm up to the publicity blizzard he will have to endure in ’09 as the Penny II, III and 1/2 Cent are all set to be released in multiple colorways.
