Jordan CP3.III – Spring 2010 Preview

Not only is Chris Paul one of the brightest rising stars in the NBA, he also gets the honor of having a signature sneaker line from Jordan Brand. So far, there have been two CP3 Jordan models and now we bring you a look at the third installment in the series. The first two have been generally well-received, and from the looks of this preview, there’s a good chance that folks will be feeling the CP3.III as well. The shoe features a lower cut than the previous CP3 models and also bears some similarities to the Jordan Dub Zero. In the same way that some of Carmelo Anthony’s Jordan models have borrowed some design elements from classic Air Jordans, the CP3.III seems to take a similar approach in the hopes of helping the shoe fit in with the Jordan aesthetic.

That said, aside from the cut and general appearance, the shoe still does plenty to separate itself as its own unique model. The most notable features of the CP3.III have to be the intricate tonal graphics that grace the mid section of the shoe and the thick contrast stitching that lines the edge of the bottom section of the upper. So far, there are two colorways to check out, and of course it’s possible that there will be some changes made before these begin to hit stores next year. Stay tuned for more colorways and info on the upcoming Jordan CP3.III and be sure to check out a closer look after the jump. Via TheShoeGame.
