Nike’s ACG resurrection has brought us both the classics we loved from the early and mid ’90s and some excellent new models like this one that manage to balance that classic aesthetic with modern styling and technology. The Nike ACG Air Max Abasi is a rugged boot that incorporates an Air Structure Triax 91-like Air bubble into a midsole that uses carbon fibre on the forefoot. The upper is a mix of black suede and leather (leather might be 3M reflective) laid atop a ripstop nylon. All of this looks excellent when accented by purple stitching and teal on the Swoosh.
