Whereas his Superstar II was the logical pairing of tonal red leathers and one of the most famous silhouettes in hip-hop’s, and certainly Def Jam’s 25 year history. If there’s a legacy involved here, it looks like it could be USA Basketball, since the Funk Doctor Spock got down with a gold, red, white and blue palette for the Forum. It’s mostly blue on the upper with splashes of red and gold, plus a nice white outsole that doesn’t feature the speckled outsole found on the Superstar II.
