Recently my managing editor and I reminisced and thought how funny it is that when younger, we’d always prefer a white colorway over a black, and yet as grown adult sneakerheads we almost undoubtedly go for the latter of the two. That said, my younger self would probably skip right past this pair. But as time changes tastes, how can I resist an Air Max 90 with all black pebbled leather, buttery nubuck and mesh?
