You may have already seen some of adidas’ recent collab works in the form of the Madsaki Samba and the Dalek Forum Mid.  But what you may have overlooked is that these two are part of the new adidas Originals Five-Two 3 City Artist Pack.  So we already know that New York and Japan are being represented.  But who are the other international three privileged to be part of the collection?

Pochoir, of London, lays some design upon a Superstar.  A smooth grey tint for the upper with blue hits reminds us of the Blue Note Pro Model adidas made last year as part of the Sounds of the City Pack.  The brick pattern along the heel is probably some type of tribute to his street environment where he usually creates his works.  The Stan Smith was blessed by Paris- illustrtor KRSN.  His French background is apparent in the gold fleur-di-lis, found on a deep blue nubuck upper.  Lastly, adidas chose Fakso to work on a Nizza.  Predominantly a black shoe, the medial upper becomes a canvas to simulate the rawness the Milan photographer captures in his photos.  All different, yet wonderfully unique, pairs to shoe the creativity and diversity of global output.  via HB
