Last June, there was quite a buzz around the Air Max Griffey 1 retros, so we asked you, the reader, if you’d like to see its follow-up, the Nike Air Griffey Max GD II, as a retro release. About three months later, word leaked of a retro for both OG colorways, and now that the bred joints have hit retail, it’s time to focus our attention on the ‘brighter’ pair. This latest Griffey II in white/metallic silver is nearly identical to the original, save its inversion of the silver piping and black side panel outline from those OGs.
