It’s been so long since we saw previews of these, you may have forgotten. Back in December 2009, when the Air Jordan CP3.III was making its debut rounds through the retail scene, we got a look at a version that’s clearly inspired by the Air Jordan III ‘True Blue’ colorway. From the signature shade to an elephant-printed mudguard, these CP3.IIIs were among the best reappropriated looks from the Jordan legacy. No longer a mere hype-builder, these CP3.III ‘Tributes’ are set to release at select Jordan Brand retailers including Foot Locker this coming July.
