Looks like the Nike SB Street Fighter Pack will reach beyond the Nike SB Dunk; here’s a first look at the Nike SB P-Rod IV High ‘Akuma’, featured in a blue upper, black midsole, and Akuma’s ‘kanji’ stitched on the heel. Surely an interesting concept but considering the depth of Akuma’s character, a lot more could have been added to this pair – perhaps the implementation of his signature red hair, his beads, or his flip-flops of death. Looking at the previous Nike SB Street Fighter releases in Chun Li and Ryu, the Street Fighter Pack is limited to colorways – albeit accurate ones – although Akuma’s original ‘ki’ was black, not blue. These are expected to release this month, so take a look at the Nike SB P-Rod IV ‘Akuma’ and let us know if you’d go all ‘Raging Demon’ on someone for a pair of these. via rmk.
