We’ve seen the Nike Air Max 2011 along with a new generation of Lunar-cushioned runners, so what else does Nike Running have in store for next year? The Nike Air Relentless looks to be something of a bargain compared to its aforementioned peers, this speculation based on their use of a Phylite midsole and encapsulated Air unit in the heel. That’s not as ‘space age’ as the Lunar releases we’ve been seeing and they lack any semblance of Flywire, but with an ultra-breathable Torch upper, the Air Max Relentless appears to be just that: a runner that won’t quit.
