Black Friday may been a successful shopping day for you if you copped the Air Jordan XIII ‘Flint’, a shoe that was widely praised for its close-to-the-OG interpretation. Although 3M reflective material was left out of the upper ballistic nylon, the shoe itself seemed like a carbon-copy of the original, and a good amount of the much-maligned quality issues with Jordan Retro releases seemed to be non-existent in this retro. Here’s a quick comparison of three Flint XIIIs – one 2010 Retro, another a 2005 Retro, and the third, an original pair from 1998. Obviously the ’10 version is a lot more vibrant in color compared to the two older versions simply due to its youth, but perhaps the difference is color isn’t from the aging process, but just a completely different shade as a whole. There are more comparison shots after the jump, juxtaposing the boxes, panther-eye jewels, bottom soles, and more, so check out the gallery of images after the jump and let us know how many of the three releases you own! via Kenlu.
