Air Jordan + Nike SB Collection on Auction Hunters

Air Jordan Nike Sb Collection On Auction Hunters 1

Reality-based TV programming took over the airwaves starting in the early ’00s.  Nothing has been the same since Survivor, American Idol and the rest took the baton from pioneers like COPS and The Real World, and now viewers are noticing even more change in the form of reality TV itself evolving.  Trashy themes are now taking a backseat to shows where guys go through trash — or other career-related adventures like those you might expect to see on SpikeTV’s Auction Hunters.  In the fifth episode of season two, entitled ‘Labor of Love’, the cast got up with Bobby from Flight Club LA to appraise the value of a set of vintage deadstock Nikes and Air Jordans.  Click through to see the video in its entirety (sneaker love begins around 6:20 and continues after first commercial) and let us know what you think of the price that all this good stuff winds up going for.

Update: Since everyone’s been talking about the value, we’ve decided to go through the 14 pairs displayed and see what the actual worth is. Click through to page 2 for the full appraisal.
