Jordan Brand gridiron star Andre Johnson was spotted in a pair of Alpha Trunners shortly after the NFL’s labor troubles hit full swing in March and a couple more colorways hit retailers before we saw this all new design. Whereas the Alpha Trunner was a subtle update of a late-’90s original, the Jordan Trunner LX 11 brings a more radical revision to the table, eschewing laces altogether in favor of a woven midfoot strap enclosure. They started hitting stores in June but this Chicago Bulls-style colorway is probably the best so far thanks to its clean blocking and rich red suede, and you can see more images when you click through the jump below.
