To further honor King James’s first ring, Nike has whipped up a special edition of the LeBron X featuring a genuine cork material on the upper that has previously not been seen on too many sneaker models outside of the Air Force 1 Bespoke program. In addition to commemorating LeBron’s 2012 NBA title, the “Cork” LeBron X also marks another important first for the Swoosh in that it is the first in a line of upcoming Nike Basketball releases to crossover with Nike Sportswear for premium non-performance versions of their high-profile bball models.
