Nike Air Force 1 Low Chamber Of Fear Lebron James 2005

NIKE AIR FORCE 1 LOW WEEK PART 3

One of Nike’s most memorable marketing campaigns of the 21st Century was centered around LeBron James, who was just entering his second year in the NBA. LeBron was under immense pressure from the public, who responded to the prep-to-pro phenom with a package of hate and doubt, clamoring that the ‘King’ was all hype. Nike responded by putting a spotlight on the public’s perception of their signature star and created the ‘Chamber of Fear’, which thrusted LeBron through various obstacles like Hype, Temptation, Hater, Complacency, and Self-Doubt. Nike then turned these five figments into 150-pair limited edition regional releases of the Air Force 1 Lows known as the Chamber of Fear Pack, with each distinct colorway featuring Chinese characters labeling each Chamber of Fear. A select number of each version featured laser graphics of each city that released the individual shoes. Any of you Air Force 1 Low fans have the COF Pack in your stash? Peep all five from tonight’s feature of Classics Revisited and let us know which is your favorite.
