Devotees of the New York Knicks got a few sideways opportunities to match retros up with their team of choice in 2012, both the Air Jordan IV ‘Cavs’ and the Air Jordan IX ‘Fontay Montana’ offering up combos close to the Knickerbocker lookout without any official connection. 2013 will bring the Air Jordan 1 ‘Knicks’, a ‘Nike Air’ sporting pair that appears to be a more official tie-in thanks to the Melo referencing apple character on the insole.
