The Nike Air Force Max served plenty of purposes for the Barkley line, setting a nice foundation for future Barkley models like the CB ’94 and Godzillas. The Air Force Max certainly plays a role in the upcoming Foamposite-meets-Barkley model, with the vented holes and aggressive outrigger serving as the genesis of these trademarks of the Barkley line. These early-90’s kicks were incredibly popular during their first run and was met with some excitement during the several re-issues that followed, and with yet another release confirmed for January 5th, these are bound to rekindle some of that early Sir Charles fire en route to a release of the aforementioned Barkley Posite shoe.
