adidas Originals has been playing with colored Shelltoes quite a bit lately. January’s tradeshow circuit showed off an antiqued pre-yellowed look coming up for the second half, the most recent CLR drop featured navy across the entire upper including the toe and the latest IIs to hit retailers are deserving of the ‘blackout’ moniker. On this new adidas Originals Superstar 80s, it’s a gum toe and sole, which combined with a white and silver leather build, makes for a very vintage appeal that you can see up close below and at select retailers like End.
