The USA definitely got left out during all the recent geographically oriented Nike Air Max releases. There was the “Home Turf” series that focused on Euro cities, and then there was the “Beaches of Rio” that took things down to South America. Finally breaking off some more heat for the Land of the Free is this, the Nike Air Max 90 Hyperfuse “Independence Day” pack. The sneakers come in red, white, and blue respectively, and each feature some slick American flag branding on the tongue. There’s no official release date quite yet, but it’s a pretty big no brainer that they’ll be in stores for either 4th of July weekend or the one prior.
