Nike SB Paul Rodriguez 7 Premium

Nike SB Paul Rodriguez 7 Premium

Earlier this month Sneaker News and Nike SB signature athlete Paul Rodriguez took some time to chat about his newest pro-model by the Swoosh – the Nike SB Paul Rodriguez 7. For a guy who has been under the Nike label for almost a decade (and boasts one of the longest sig-shoe lineages in the brand’s history), Rodriguez continues to maintain that fresh-faced energy as he thrashes skateparks around the globe. It’s this sort of energy that makes the athlete and the product bearing the name that much more of a draw, but it’s the pure design and function of the shoe that has us impressed. Nike has always captured the essence of the skate shoe while incorporating some next-level technology that other brands are still working to achieve, but the design and detail is what makes the brand the undisputed industry leader.

Today Sneaker News has a full detailed gallery of the Nike SB Paul Rodriguez 7 Premium, which is currently slated for an official release at Nike retailers early next month. This Premium-grade trim lives up to its billing as it presents a sick Safari-stripe texturized graphic on the upper with one of the best LunarLon outsoles we’ve seen on a sneaker – period. The key feature of the P-Rod 7 is that it is “Impact Ready” at all angles which skaters simply can’t get enough of, but rest assured that it provides the breathability and cushioning that P-Rod and his peers find necessary! The Nike SB Paul Rodriguez 7 will launch on Nikestore this July 5th with this Premium model and five base models being up for grabs, so check out the detailed gallery below for a thorough, detailed look and check out our interview with P-Rod here.

The Nike SB Paul Rodriguez 7 launches on July 5th with a retail price of $90 ($95 for Premium).
