We haven’t seen anything new from Three Stripes’ classic Artillery basketballer since 2010, but the Originals division changes that with a new revision based on its classic lines. The adidas Artillery AS Mid adapts a sleeker build that stays true to the 1980s inspiration and in fact shows us a new side of the shoe that emphasizes less of the Forum-ian ankle ‘x’ and instead reveals more of an integrated eyelet wing. There’s also a new loop at the heel to help you get them on and off as you’ll see in more images below, then pick up a pair from shops like Flatspot.
