A Detailed Look at the Nike Air Tech Challenge II “Australian Open”

In case you needed a reminder, Andre Agassi was not only one of tennis’ brightest shining personalities, he was also one of the greatest to ever pick up a racquet.  He’s a true legend of the game and excelled at all aspects, right down to his completion of the career grand slam.  Among the four cornerstones in that achievement is the Australian Open, of which Agassi won four singles titles.  This Aussie themed Nike Air Tech Challenge II Tier Zero SP release offers a tribute to the man with the years he won this tourney on the tongue as well as ‘1036’ embroidered in to the heels of the all leather upper, denoting Andre’s career wins total.  These have sold out at the few lucky Nike Sportswear shops to get them, so stay tuned to Sneaker News for word on a possible US release and let us know which is your favorite of the Grand Slam ATC2s.
