A Detailed Look at the fragment design x Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG

When fragment design gets the opportunity to team up with Nike, we’re always in for something special. This year, the Nike Roshe went rogue and morphed into the Nike Roshe LD-1000 for a vintage take on the accessible Swoosh model. Then there’s the upcoming fragment design x Nike Sock Dart. But the shoe to outshine all those developments is this Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG. Featuring a color blocking reminiscent of the Air Jordan 1 “Black Toe”, the Air Jordan 1 “Royal” aesthetic appears here too for a brand new colorway rooted in brand history. Hiroshi Fujiwara even stamped the fragment design lightning bolts in a subtle callout on the back heel. We’re still waiting on a release date on this Hiroshi-helmed pair, but in the meantime you can always grab a better look at this upcoming Air Jordan 1 after the break.
