Back in January, New Balance previewed 26 brand new releases for the early goings of 2015. A number of the shoes featured a guitar inspiration including this minty fresh New Balance 996. Inspired by a seafoam green Fender Stratocaster (you might remember the guitar from the film Stranger Than Fiction) not pictured here is the unique pick hang tag seen in the preview. The soft mint suede pairs well with a breathable mesh while the usual amount of 3M can be found on the piping and ‘N’ logo. Stay tuned for a coming stateside release date in the near future.
