The Air Jordan 13 Low Makes Its First Comeback In A Decade

The Air Jordan 13 Low had a successful run in Jordan Brand’s past, releasing multiple colorways over the summer in 1998 including the legendary “Chutney” theme that we’re still waiting on a retro of. Then the brand brought back the silhouette in 2005 and 2006 only to shelf the look for the past decade. Now the Air Jordan 13‘s low counterpart will see two new releases starting with this weekend’s Hornets inspiration. The colorway lands perfectly in the middle of two of Michael Jordan’s North Carolina basketball endeavors. The Midnight Navy is an accent found throughout the Tar Heels’ history as a secondary color while the Turquoise Blue is one representative of his current franchise affiliation in the Charlotte Hornets. A $170 price point is a hefty one for a lowtop rendition, but with a tumbled white leather pristinely keeping things simple on this brand new colorway and touches of Metallic Silver arriving on the Jumpman branding, we’re excited to see whether or not this pair is left on shelves or sells out in its first weekend. Be sure to check out more photos after the break, and if you’re feeling this pair but don’t wait to wait, you can always secure your size early on eBay.
