When was the last time we got a simple Purple and Gold pair of Kobes? Nike Basketball has seemingly moved on from Laker-centric colorways of Kobe Bryant’s signature model, and this pair, dubbed the Nike Kobe 10 Elite Low “Opening Night” is meant to actually be worn on court by the Black Mamba but there’s only one problem: this won’t match his uniform in at all. The combination of Court Purple and Hyper Orange manages to at least attempt to be of a purple and gold nature, but the forefoot flyknit construction comprising of a Vivid Purple (more along the lines of a Fuchsia) adds even more vibrance to the head-turning pair.
