There was a time when Nike was extremely selective with animal-skin materials, and it was then that gems like the atmos x Air Force 1 and even the Cocoa Snakes were high in demand simply because they shoes were tough to come by. The brand has, of course, been a lot looser with these types of materials and snakeskins and the like are now the norm for Retro models. Ostrich skin, however, isn’t as popular a pick, but Nike is featuring it prominently on the Air Force 1 Low with tonal colored uppers and solid white soles for that stylish, street-ready appeal.
