Unlimited Black In This Upcoming Nike Air Unlimited Retro

Nike Air Unlimited Triple Black Detailed Photos 01

Nike purists have been asking for a retro of the Nike Air Unlimited for years, and now Nike Sportswear has finally given them what they’ve always wanted – a true and through retro of the 1994 classic made famous by peak-level David Robinson. The towering high-top is a monument to the days of big men dominance and Nike’s dedication to bringing a unique twist and striking silhouette’s to center and forward-ready models. While the Nike Air Unlimited OG is still waiting in the wings, today we get a look at the Nike Air Unlimited with a touch of modern sensibilities through an updated “Triple Black” colorway.

The Nike Air Unlimited benefits from a neoprene lockdown fit that doubles as added ankle support while a bulky strap overlay will immediately bring back memories of the Nike Air Raid. What was considered a futuristic midsole unit at the time still remains visually striking to match the intricate perforations and panel cuts seen throughout the Unlimited’s upper. Get with us after the break for a better view of the latest Triple Black take on this iconic Nike hoops model and stay tuned for a stateside release this October.
