The Teaneck, New Jersey legends have teamed up with Boston-based New Balance for an exclusive New Balance 999 slated to release on December 10th for $150 USD.
The Packer New Balance 999 CML takes inspiration from camels and the utilization of camel hair textiles throughout the fashion world with a nappy suede construction that merges streetwear sensibilities with tonal desert shades. Microperforated pigskin suede hits the toebox while luxurious touches of nubuck lands on the tongue and heel. Of course, Packer pays tribute to New Balance’s favorite 3M reflective silver accent while orange plays an intricate part throughout the collaborative effort. The New Balance 999 is currently on its last days of its 20th Anniversary celebration, and what better way than to celebrate with the folks over at Packer Shoes?
