Chris Rock’s been in the game for decades, serving as one of the most recognizable comedians of all-time while participating in hip-hop culture in various levels. Rock has seen it all, from his days as an SNL cast member and writer to his current status as one of the best comedic draws in entertainment. He’s also got a thing for shoes as well, and in this most recent sneaker shopping experience with Complex, he reveals that right now he’s all about Yeezys.
However, he does share an insightful story on Michael Jordan, when the Bulls mega-star was a guest on Saturday Night Live in season 17. Rock claims that the entire cast, typically numb from being star-struck due to always being around the most popular actors and singers, was entirely gripped by MJ; the cast would ask him for autographs and photos to the point where a security guard had to be placed outside of MJ’s private room.
