World famous high-fashion house COMME des Garçons is dipping into the sneaker world once again, this time getting more experimental than ever with their longtime collaborator Nike. Spotted in their recent runway show for the upcoming Spring/Summer 2018 line, CDG and Nike appear to have created a high-top design similar in style to a boxing boot—but with platform heels. The unique sneaker was seen in both green/red/white and black colorways. There’s no further word yet on the inspiration or story behind the design, so the intriguing silhouette will remain a mystery until further information is released by CDG and/or Nike. Stay tuned.
