Last week we brought you a brief preview of the upcoming Nike KD 10 Aunt Pearl, but now that sneaker is back with official images and a release date. Paying tribute to KD’s late Aunt Pearl, this offering ushers in pink velvet overlays wrapping the heel for a touch of luxury and added contrast throughout the design. Keeping with the trends of past releases under the same name, this pair boasts a red breast cancer ribbon on the underside of the tongue, and textured angel wings take up the heel units. Angel wings are representative of Durant’s massive back tattoo that features angel wings, among many other images.

Kevin’s Aunt was an integral part of his life growing up, as she encouraged the superstar to take on basketball and live out his dreams. Fans of this honorary sneakers can pick up a pair for $150 USD when they arrive at Nike Basketball retailers on February 28th.
