Another Look At The Air Jordan 5 “PSG”

Another Look At The Air Jordan 5 “PSG”

Football fervor is in full swing the world over, as the first weekend of the World Cup was jam-packed full of thrilling upsets and incredible goals. With several of their stars like Neymar and Kylian Mbappé representing their home countries, French football club Paris St. Germain is playing a large role in the tournament. They’re also set to play a large role in Jordan Brand’s summer plans, as their hotly-anticipated collaborative Air Jordan 5 is set to arrive alongside an Air Jordan 1 this summer.

Featuring a black upper with small red accents and a striking tonal black tongue that nods to the club’s third kit, the PSG-specific details arrive via a Paris/Jordan logo hit under the lateral midfoot’s plastic mesh and co-branded logo detailing on the heel and outsole. A 75 hit replaces the usual 23 embroidery on the heel, nodding to Paris’s zip codes, and the shoe is completed with a red & white striped hit on the heel collar and French characters on the inside of the tongue. Look for these soccer club-inspired basketball shoes to arrive sometime later this summer, and check out our Jordan Release Dates page to stay up to the moment on all Jordan release info.
