Drake Had Nothing To Do With These Nike Air Max 1s

Next month, Jordan Brand will be releasing another Air Jordan 4 colorway dressed in a combination of University Red and Court Purple that has been given a “Raptors” monicker. Initially, it was planned that this sneaker would release in conjunction with Drake, as he used the be the Jumpman’s number one collaborator from the hip-hop industry. Since then, the two have parted ways, and now that shoe is set to release devoid of any affiliation with the OVO frontman.

Just like that Jordan 4, this Air Max 1 for the ladies that comes dressed in a very similar color scheme will – of course – not be affiliated with Drake either. Utilizing White and Wolf Grey as its base, this iconic iteration ushers in Court Purple on its Swoosh and tongue tab, Pink Flash on its lacelets, and Nike branding, and Black on its mudguard. While no official release date has been reported just yet, these women’s exclusive AM1s are expected to arrive at Nike.com as well as other Swoosh Brand stockists next month.
