This Is How The Bronx Gets More Money

This Is How The Bronx Gets More Money

One of Nike’s resurgent 2018 sneakers has undoubtedly been the retro basketball fusion Air More Money silhouette, having set the sneaker world on fire in a number of currency-inspired selections, among other things. Now, the Swoosh is here to show the globe exactly how the Bronx gets More Money with this NYC-inspired offering. Details on this particular pair come by way of an NYC heel stamp as well as a “Boogie Down Bronx” message in graffiti-style font underneath its removable shroud – coming from the nickname of New York’s most notorious borough. Of course, a tribute to the Bronx wouldn’t be complete without a color scheme that is reminiscent of the Bombers themselves. Dressed in navy and white, the only major shakeup from its Yankee-themed colorway comes by way of the gold embroidered letters underneath its shroud that also comes equipped with the 27-time WS Champ’s signature pinstripes.

Of course, the More Money is no stranger to the BX, as former Viceland Podcasters Desus and Mero – who call the Bronx their home – were given the very first PE version of the shoe in July of 2017. Peep an official set of images for this new Air More Money below and head over to Jimmy Jazz to buy one today.
