On July 12th, we showed you a Summer-ready Air Max 97 offering that utilized buttery suede on its mudguard for an extra premium touch. Now, Nike is ready to follow in the footsteps of that color blocking with another 97 dressed in Smokey Mauve with black and Midnight Navy detailing. That deep pink hue is responsible for its colorful mudguard, while navy can be seen on its two middle-most racing stripes. For additional flavor, the Beaverton Brand has opted to add Sail to its midsole as opposed to white to provide a less dramatic contrast between the colors on its upper. Pairs of this warmly-colored Air Max 97 are starting to arrive at select NSW retailers the likes of Hanon today.
