Much like the collaborative YUNG-1 designed by Euro retailer size?, this collection celebrates “Acid House” in its 30th year, centered around the cultural phenomenon of warehouse raves. Inspired by adidas’ global influence in the music and streetwear crossover space, this collection utilizes bright and bold color palettes to help tell its story. Of course, any avid ravers warehouse outfit could not be complete without a comfortable pair of running sneakers, leading to this collection’s inclusion of the new hybridized Lowertree SPZL that calls upon a colorful combination of soft green and lavender. Lifestyle vibes round out the rest of this pack, as Munchen Super SPZL sees itself done up in a striking lime green and a classic royal blue, while the Indoor Comp, and the Punstock SPZL opt for more neutral tones. Both the Punstock and the Munchen Super heavily draw from the iconic Gazelle model, while the Punstock continues the line’s unique propensity for creating hybridizes leisure shoes that can double as a comfortable pair of dress sneakers.
