The Jordan Legacy 312 “Toro” Is Dropping In October

Having already released in a bevy of Nike-inspired colorways back in August, the Jordan Legacy 312 is ready to hit shelves again this Fall in color schemes that borrow hues from Jordan Brand lore. Serving as a hybrid of the Air Jordan 1, the Air Jordan 3, and the Alpha Force, it makes all the sense in the world for Don C to continue outfitting his first Jordan Brand “signature” sneaker with colors that harken back to the brand’s storied past. Earlier today, you were given a first look at a pair resembling the fabled Jordan 3 Black Cement, and now we are here to bring you details and release information surrounding a variation dressed like a recurring color scheme often used throughout the Jumpman’s legacy.

Most famously, red suede and black were called upon to act as the anchor of the Air Jordan 5 Raging Bull pack, but we have also seen it on the Jordan 14, and the Jordan 21 in the past. Devoid of any suede construction, this honorary Legacy 312 model opts for a much finer nubuck texture that provides a smoother look than a more traditional suede. Black adorns this iteration’s midfoot Swoosh and eyelets, while also sharing responsibility on its two-toned midsole, while a lone touch of grey is draped onto its elephant print. Grab a first look at this nostalgic Legacy 312 below and look forward to its arrival in fully family sizes at retailers the likes of Finish Line on October 1st.
