Nike To Release Radio-Inspired “Air Frequency” Pack With Three Air Max Styles

Nike To Release Radio-Inspired “Air Frequency” Pack With Three Air Max Styles

At the end of August, we brought you an official look at a yellow and black Air Max Plus that payed homaged to the roots of the relationship between the music industry and the sneaker world. Utilizing a striking color scheme and custom insoles with mixtape graphics, photos of this TN-Air selection was met with open arms. Now, it has been confirmed by Foot Locker that this NSW offering is part of a three-piece “Air Frequency” Pack that will also include the Air Max 95 and the Air Max 97 Plus. Black, yellow, and white are the hero of this set that is meant to inspire potential consumers to “tune into the 90s”.

All three of these increasingly popular silhouettes also hit shelves as part of the “Nike Air Origins” set back in August. Much like the majority of the sneaker industry today, Nike Sportswear is shifting a lot of their focus toward design stylings that were born in the 90s. Chunky and bold sneakers done up in dazzling color schemes have become this year’s sock-like runners. Grab a detailed look at this full collection, as well as up-and-coming rapper Sheck Wes in the Air Max Plus here and look forward to its release at Foot Locker and other select retailers on September 14th.
