This Nike Air Force 1 Low Is Perfect For Miami South Beach

Few things are as fundamentally tied together at their roots as the iconic Nike Air Force 1 and the game of basketball. Before forces began flooding the streets of New York as a lifestyle statement piece, the AF1 was designed as a court-ready hoops model. Through the years, the NBA and Air Force 1s have come together a plethora of times in celebration of their relationship to release official collaborations for the bounty of fans that share love for both entities. Before the season got underway in 2017, the Swoosh released a bevy of Forces with NBA tags hanging off their heels, that were soon followed by team logos on NIKEiD, and finally culminated in an eye-catching collaboration from global streetwear powerhouse, Supreme, in March of this year. Now, with 2018’s campaign right around the corner, the Beaverton Brand is set to unload another refreshing crop of Association-branded products. This afternoon we are here to bring you an official look at the Nike Air Force 1 Low “Vice City” For South Beach that comes dressed in an adored combination of vibrant blue and pink, much like the Miami Heat’s statement making City Edition jerseys. With premium details aplenty, its midfoot Swoosh features an extra embroidered layer on its boundary, while a dual-colored canvas strip sits right atop its stark white midsole. Finally an NBA logo can be seen interacting with a pearlescent heel cap and a Blue Gale AF-1 emblem to cement its place toward the top of NBA x AF1 pieces.

No official word regarding this South Beach AF1 has surfaced just yet, but between Dwyane Wade’s return for one more season and these Heat-friendly forces, it is safe to say Miami has had a strong couple of days. Enjoy an official look below and look forward to this offering’s release at Nike.com in the coming weeks.
