Air Jordan 6 “Tinker” – Where to Buy

Air Jordan 6 “Tinker” – Where to Buy

When it comes to their retro offerings, 2018 has been a Tinker Hatfield-heavy year for Jordan Brand. After the storied designer’s original Swooshed take on the Air Jordan 3 released in March and the Air Jordan Black Cat — an alternate take on the Air Jordan 13 — dropped in August, the Jumpman is turning to Tinker’s original ideas and sketches again, this time on the Air Jordan 6. The “Tinker” AJ6s don’t feature the vast differences in embellishment and construction as the 3s and the Black Cats — just an original Tinker-created colorway that never released — but they’re still interesting in and of themselves. White leather and grey nubuck are used for the majority of the shoe’s base, while navy and red on the tongue, throat, and midsole provide accents that are almost Olympic-like. The 6’s standard perforated detailing adds texture, and the shoe is finished off with a timeless icy blue outsole. Check out a full set of images below, and look for these new Jumpman Brand kicks to release October 6th on Nike.com and at Jordan Brand retailers in full family sizes.
