The Nike Air Max 90/1 Is Coming Soon In Black And White

The Nike Air Max 90/1 Is Coming Soon In Black And White

After debuting in many colorful makeups over the summer months — and recently surfacing in a clean white and black colorway — Nike’s Air Max 90/1 is now also set to debut in a toned-down color combo that features black and white. Although the hybrid silhouette achieved a limited amount of success upon its initial release in 1992, the sneaker climate in 2018 is more susceptible to fusion silhouettes — a trend that may very well have been kicked off by Sean Wotherspoon‘s hybrid Air Max 1/97 — and this new makeup is arriving just in time for the colder months ahead. The Air Max 1 upper is dressed in a supple black leather, with white hits arriving on the tongue, heel, and midfoot swoosh. The Air Max 90 midsole/outsole combo features a similar understated look as well, dressed entirely in black with a clear Air Max unit. Expect these classically colored hybrid Maxes to release at the Swoosh Brand stockists listed below October 8th, retailing for $150 USD.
