The Nike SB Air Force 2 Goes Full Workboot

The Nike SB Air Force 2 Goes Full Workboot

Nike’s Air Force 2 has lived multiple lives — transitioning from a basketball shoe to a durable Nike SB classic complete with extra padding over its years on the market. Now it’s set for yet another alternate take, as it’s joining the Swoosh’s ever-expanding ranks of wheat workboot-style colorways for the Fall. The upper features a two-tone wheat look, with a baroque brown serving as the base colorway, while the plastic heel cage and part of the midfoot are dressed in a lighter gum. Brown hits appear around the collar — another nod to classic construction boots — and a gum midsole/outsole tie the look together. The shoes also come equipped with two sets of laces — both a round boot lace and a classic flat lace — so the wearer can personalize their autumn look a little more than usual. These wheat kicks are available now from Nike UK, and will likely release stateside in the next few weeks.
