The Air Jordan 1 Mid “Bred” Features Classic Logo On The Heel

Although it may not be as steeped in heritage as its high-top cousin, the Air Jordan 1 Mid has still carved out its own lane in the world of Jordan footwear. Known for its versatile look, widespread availability, and reasonable price point, the AJ1 Mid is an important part of Jordan Brand’s releases each and every season. Now it’s hit shelves in a recognizable “Bred” colorway complete with classic detailing. A combo of black leather and ribbed black mesh serve as the base layer, while special accents arrive via a black patent leather Swoosh and a translucent red outsole for an aesthetic that’s reminiscent of another classic sneaker: the “Bred” Air Jordan 11s. A red ball and wings logo arrives on the lateral collar, and a classic Jordan text logo — first utilized on the Air Jordan 6‘s tongue — graces the heel. A clean white midsole then completes the look, providing a finishing touch of light contrast with the mostly dark upper.
