Closer Look At The Off-White x Nike Air Max 90 “Desert Ore”

Never a stranger to a deconstructed recreation, Virgil Abloh has done it yet again with his collaborative Nike x Off-White imprint, adorning the Air Max 90 in a tone highly militaristic yet tooled to fit modern design ideals. Though the future of the entire line-up is left unclear — as rumors have stated the series will being going on a hiatus after this release — we’re lucky enough to have another take on the Air Max icon. As is fitting of its “Desert Ore” epithet, the pair is fully fitted in the brown hue with stitched accents and the profile swoosh adding a bit of vibrancy in their use of bright orange and blue. Misplaced tags are par for the course with an accompanying cool-toned zip tie connecting it to its black counterpart. Releasing on February 7th, expect both sets of Air Max 90s to hit the list of retailers below as well as Nike SNKRS.
