An Official Look At The Nike LeBron 16 “SuperBron”

An Official Look At The Nike LeBron 16 “SuperBron”

Just yesterday, Nike News announced the return of the illustrious LeBron Watch campaign. During last year’s NBA season, the Swoosh released a number of remixed LeBron 15 silhouettes that drew upon key details from the King’s favorite sneakers and athletes, leading to “Diamond Turf”-inspired creations as well as a colorful ACG variety, and more. Now, it appears that LeBron and the Beaverton Brand may be sifting through his own arsenal for this year’s products, as official images of the LeBron 16 “SuperBron” have finally surfaced.

While you already received a first look at this hybridized iteration a few weeks back, this official look here gives you a better feel for the LeBron 3 “SuperMan”-inspired design. While sporting the overall shape and structure of the LeBron 16, its blue, yellow, and red patent leather overlays are a clear call back to one of the more famed samples ever created as part of LBJ’s signature line all the way back in 2006. While it is by no means confirmed that this “SuperBron” 16 is releasing as part of the well-thought-out LeBron Watch series, one of the gift-wrapped silhouettes teased on the aforementioned Nike News piece sports blue and yellow tape with “SB” sitting alongside a Swoosh. Enjoy an official look at this intriguing drop below and expect pairs to hit shelves on December 25th, on the day James is expected to debut the first LeBron Watch sneaker on court against the Warriors.

Update: The Nike LeBron 16 “SuperBron” will also release on the morning of 12/26 on SNKRS, House of Hoops online, in-stores, and at the House of Hoops mobile truck activation in LA.
