adidas And Size? Team Up With Bike Manufacturer Colnago For A Special Collection

As the lifestyle division of the Three Stripes, adidas Originals is responsible for blending the brand’s extensive and rich heritage together with new concepts and ideas, creating street-ready products that are both rooted in the classics and focused on the future. Long-standing companies in other industries can tell a similar story with their wares as well, so adidas has teamed up with UK-based retailer size? and high-end Italian bicycle manufacture Colnago for a special two-pack of shoes: an adidas Kamanda and a Trimm Star. The collection nods to Colnago’s classic cycles with the Trimm Star, dressing it with glossy red metallic heel tab and stripes, both inspired by old-school Colnago racing detailing. The Kamanda then nods to the future, with a premium grey suede upper, carbon fiber heel tab and translucent outsole, nodding to Colnago’s modern-day bikes — masterful creations that can come with a five-figure price tag. The special collection will release on the size? Previews app and at all size? retail locations December 29th, with the Trimm Star priced at £90 while the Kamanda retails for £120.
